Where else could you find so many health supporting benefits? If you look at the infographic, you will see a few you may have heard about, but don't quite know. One of my favorites is MSM. Technically, MSM is an abbreviation for methyl-sulfonyl-methane, which is organic sulfur compound. This compound is the third largest nutrient found in the human body and is found in all vertebrates. MSM is also an ingredient found in quite a few foods, meat, dairy products as well as vegetables.
For example, sulfur plays a critical role in detoxification, and also in organ, bone, and inflammation system support. For detoxification, sulfur is part of one of the most important antioxidants that your body produces: glutathione. Without sulfur, glutathione cannot work. Unbelievably, sulfur is found in over 150 different compounds within the human body! There are sulfur components in virtually every type of cell, so it’s extremely important. While not an antioxidant by itself, part of MSM’s action is to support your body’s ability to make its own antioxidants. It also provides support for all sorts of structural proteins, where sulfur is an important component. This is one of the reasons many athletes take Young Living's Sulfurzyme.
Of our members, James Lawrence, aka "The Iron Cowboy" (made HISTORY by doing 50 full triathlons in 50 days, in 50 states) swears by this supplement. The fruits and berries in Ningxia ensure you are getting the best MSM possible in your diet. Remember, your efforts to rebuild your body after exercise, and even the fatigue of daily actions, are difficult. It is far easier to break your body than to rebuild it. Far better for all of us if we MAINTAIN our health and wellness to begin with.
