Simply by sharing our love of Young Living and what the products have done for our health and wellness, we help others discover their own Young Living adventure!
It doesn't have to be a big deal. Think about the last thing you shared. Was it a recipe from pinterest? That is the most shared item on the internet. RECIPES. So simple. So easy. So yummy. When your friends post a picture of a really great looking chocolate cake and tell you they made this the other night, and it was rich, gooey, of the best cakes they have ever had... what do you do? You screenshot it or save it so you can make it yourself!
So, think about Young Living like a crockpot chicken recipe. You are sharing the most delicious Sesame Orange Crockpot chicken recipe EVER! Flavorful, moist, no-work, fabulous -- so great even your picky five year old ate it. People see it. Wonder if it is as good as you say it is, and they are willing to try it. Once they try Young Living, they will FALL IN LOVE WITH IT.
Remember, you are sharing a crockpot chicken recipe, not selling a car. DO NOT SOUND LIKE A CAR SALESMAN. Be honest, be friendly, be chicken - not flashy sports car.
USE AND LEARN: You must use Young Living to KNOW Young Living. It is that simple. Learn all you can. You don't need to know everything to begin sharing. You will NEVER know everything. Just share. If you don't know the answer, don't pretend you do. Go look it up! There is no shame in saying, "I don't know that one yet. Let's go look it up!" Then SHOW them how to look it up themselves.
Mentor your leaders. New leaders lacking guidance will languish, falter, and quit. Provide information, resources, and knowledge. A great leader will show them how to find all of this themselves for future reference.
